Organized by bremenports GmbH & Co. KG 14. July 2016
bremenports is organizing the breakout session "Infrastructure Development in the Arctic: Social, Commercial and Technical Perspectives of Upcoming Opportunities," which will address interdisciplinary challenges of infrastructure development in the Arctic. A key focus of discussions will be the alignment of commercial, technical, social and environmental interests for the benefit of investors and other stakeholders.
The session brings together expert speakers from various fields of infrastructure development including the public sector for a mutual exchange of perspectives and lively debate. Speakers will represent municipalities, private investors, project development organizations, and engineering expertise.
The Finnafjord Harbor Project will be used to illustrate these three perspectives along this emerging port facility in North-Eastern Iceland.
