The Arctic Circle Assembly would not be such a great success without its passionate volunteers.

Volunteers will be divided into groups, each of which will be responsible for specific tasks. Shifts can run from 2-3 hours, and you will be expected to work at least two shifts per day.

Outside of their shifts, volunteers have full access to the Assembly and are welcome to attend any Sessions or events within the Program.

Following the Assembly, the Arctic Circle Secretariat provides all volunteers with certificates confirming their participation.

The 2025 Assembly will take place October 16-18, and volunteers will need to be in Reykjavík, Iceland, for the duration of these three days. Kindly note that the Arctic Circle Secretariat does not provide assistance in securing a travel visa, transportation, or accommodation.
